The Founder Content Retainer.

Stills, short-form video and pieces to camera — every month, so your brand never goes quiet.

You've had a shoot with me before. The images were great. They supported your launch, your website, your socials. But content runs dry — and most founders end up back where they started: propping their phone against a lamp, hitting record, and hoping for the best.

The results don't reflect how good their business actually is. And they know it.

This retainer is the fix. Monthly photography and film — stills for your website and press, short-form video clips and pieces to camera ready for your reels and stories — shaped around what your business actually needs that month.

Your content shouldn't go stale.

To grow on social media, small businesses need to show up consistently — roughly 3 to 5 times a week. That's 12 to 16 pieces of content a month.

That's a lot to produce alone, on top of everything else. Most founders either burn out trying, or go quiet altogether. And going quiet is the one thing a growing brand can't afford.

One retainer session gives you a full month of content — stills, video clips and pieces to camera — made in a single afternoon. Enough for your socials, your website, your Google presence, your press. Done.

It's not just photos. It's film, footage and your face — showing up consistently, every single month, without it falling on your to-do list.

Every shoot starts with a plan, not just a camera.

Before your first retainer session, you'll complete the same Brand Shoot Planning process I use with every client — covering where your images will be used, what your business does in plain English, the tone you want to come across with, and what actually builds trust with your audience.

It's the groundwork that makes sure every image and every piece of film works for your brand, not just looks nice.

After that first session, we keep it simple. At the start of each monthly shoot, I'll ask one question: if someone followed your business for the next four weeks, what's the one thing you'd want them to walk away understanding? Whatever you say — even a single sentence — gives me enough to shoot toward. No extra forms or calls eating into your time.

Here's what's actually working right now.

70% of marketers say short-form video delivers the highest ROI of any content format in 2026. Most founders are still only posting stills.

22% more interactions. Reels consistently outperform regular video posts on the same platform, with the same audience.

8.7x higher engagement. Loose, authentic, behind-the-scenes footage beats polished branded content almost every time — which means you don't need expensive production. You need someone capturing real moments.

43% of small businesses say staying consistent with content is one of their biggest ongoing struggles. The gap isn't talent or budget. It's time and a system.

The shift to video isn't coming. It's already here. This retainer is how you move with it — stills you already trust, plus the film, footage and pieces to camera your audience is increasingly expecting — and that algorithms are actively rewarding.

Being seen is the hard part, that's what I'm here for.

A lot of the founders I work with have never made a reel. Some have never even appeared in their own Instagram feed — their business has a logo, a product, a website, but no face. That's no accident. Putting yourself in front of a camera is genuinely uncomfortable for most people, and founders are usually too busy running everything else to give it the time it needs.

I know, because that was me once too.

That's why every retainer session includes pieces to camera — filmed naturally, in the moment, so you appear in your own feed as a real person, not just a logo. I'll guide you through it. The awkwardness disappears faster than you'd think, and what's left is just you, doing what you do.

A retainer makes that easier still. Instead of starting from scratch every time, we build a working relationship over months, not minutes. I get to understand your business properly — what you're building, who it's for, what's coming next. You get more comfortable in front of the camera, session after session, and that ease shows up in everything we create together.

It's the difference between a one-off shoot and a genuine content partner — someone who shows up every month knowing your business, knowing your face, and knowing exactly how to make both look their best. The result isn't just better content. It's a founder who feels confident being seen.

From first session to ongoing content — here's how it works.

  • Choose your tier and book your first session online — payment is set up at the same time and renews automatically each month.

  • Your first session uses my full Brand Shoot Planning process — so every shoot after that has a clear direction and purpose.

  • Before you leave, we book your next session together — no chasing, no diary ping-pong.

  • Every month, same rhythm — one question, one session, one month of content. Your brand keeps showing up while you focus on running your business.

Choose your retainer.

Every session is shaped around what your business needs that month — some months stills-heavy for a website refresh or press, others film-heavy for a launch or reel. We decide together.
